In India, an estimated 600 million citizens lack access to basic sanitation services. SHRI operates and maintains 14 public shared sanitation facilities with plans to expand to over 100 where open defecation is almost universal, improving the lives of India’s most rural communities. Their innovative operations and maintenance program ensures uninterrupted access, facility cleanliness and safety to thousands of daily users in Eastern India. I joined the board to support their large scale facility expansion and operations & maintenance program. I have supported two projects since joining the Rippleworks community:In 2021, I worked with Bidhaa Sasa to improve their logistics capabilities including inventory forecasting, trucking, warehouse management and staffing, and KPI development.In 2022, I worked with SHRI (Sanitation and Health Rights in India) to improve their remote Operations Monitoring Systems in preparation for large scale facility expansions.

Convoy is a digital freight brokerage with a mission to transport the world with endless capacity and zero waste. Convoy built a best in class automated digital marketplace to connect high quality carriers to enterprise shipper freight with the best prices and on-time service scores, running tens of thousands of loads per month.As Senior Manager, I led a talented team of program managers to improve margin and service on challenging freight lanes through data collection, root cause analysis, solution design and implementation. My team outlined technical product requirements to improve our optimal pricing model, created external facing documents for sales teams, developed internal cost savings frameworks and drafted standard operating procedures for our ops teams resulting in over $1.6MM/yr in cost savings.

I was selected by Rippleworks as a short-term executive advisor through their Projects service. During our 4 months together we co-designed a team structure to scale, mapped internal/external dependencies and defined a decision authority matrix. One Acre Fund lifts over a million rural clients from poverty to prosperity across East Africa.As Director of Global Logistics I coordinated cross country program development and implementation of integrated digital inventory management tools, increased warehouse loading/unloading speeds, managed budgets for global and country logistics operations and managed a team of seven country logistics leads.

The Sustainable Lush Fund invests in building vertically integrated supply chains using regenerative agricultural practices. As a Program Manager for the Sustainable Lush Fund I oversaw programing, budgeting, team management and reporting for six international supply chain projects. I designed impact reporting frameworks and vetted future potential projects for alignment with Lush’s strict ethical and quality sourcing standards.

Theo Chocolate launched in 2006 as the first U.S. bean to bar chocolate manufacturer of Organic and Fair Trade certified chocolate.In my nearly 10 years at Theo, I scaled their operations and supply chains to meet the fast paced demand increase of launching a national chocolate brand. I touched nearly all aspects of the company playing a key role in establishing finished product and raw material quality standards, developing award winning chocolate products, building transparent supply chains, creating bespoke pricing-for-quality contract terms and training staff on all aspects of the cocoa value chain.
