About Nathan Ryan

Nathan Ryan has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2001. In 2006, he received his Real Estate broker’s license. Initially, he started selling in the southern Twin Cities counties, then went on to sell rural property in the Milaca area. Walking land and working land sales is a different side of Real Estate that Nathan has come to enjoy, as it fits well with his interest in hunting and recreation. From 2005 to 2013 he worked as a technology trainer and brokerage consultant with United Country, a franchise with a niche in the Rural Markets. In 2011, Nathan was a part of the founding team that launched United Real Estate, an urban freedom model. The brand is doing very well today with thousands of agents in major metropolitan markets. Mr. Ryan’s professional abilities include: training Real Estate professionals across multiple platforms, including large and small groups in-person events; consulting Real Estate brokerages in implementing technology such as: CRMs, website analytics, creating office systems, creating Real Estate sales cycle systems; and creating and implementing marketing campaigns for buyers, sellers or premier/unique properties. Nathan’s understanding of technology and knowledge of the Real Estate industry has helped him excel as a consultant within the Real Estate community. In his downtime, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany and their two children Bella and Austin. Currently they reside in Farmington, MN.
