Sinaxia sources, executes, and manages investments in private companies. In addition to capital, Sinaxia’s value proposition is to bring strategic and operational value to our investment portfolio. I initially joined to establish Sinaxia’s European and Italian operations, as the company was founded in partnership with China Development Bank (China’s largest policy bank). I drove efforts to build its proprietary deal-flow and a network of institutions, advisors, and other stakeholders, visiting ~100 target companies in my first year. I was also responsible for leading the evolution of the firm’s investment strategy and expanding the investor base to include major corporations (10+) as well as family offices and other private investors (50+).

Kuzari is a private equity holding company founded in 2009. The firm is sector agnostic and focused on the lower-middle market with a value-driven investment approach. I joined Kuzari as an MBA summer associate and grew to become a partner, working with Kuzari’s founder to execute the company’s first investments. The deals I led included work in the education, business services, and consumer sectors, leading both the transaction and the ongoing investment management.I also sourced new LPs and managed the group’s relations with foreign investors.

Management Search is a leading independent consultancy firm specialized in executive search, board advisory, and other related services. The company works with public and private leading financial institutions and corporations, primarily in Italy.My role focused on working with private equity groups and large corporations on various projects.

Pioneer Alternative Investment was the hedge funds division of Pioneer Investments (€350bn global money manager), which was acquired in 2018 by Amundi. At Pioneer I worked with both portfolio management and institutional sales teams as part of a post-graduate training program, and my work included build of their reporting and investment monitoring processes.
