With a Masters in Business Administration/Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, minor in Political Science, I am interested in expanding my experience working with teams and conducting research and data analysis, developing surveys, and managing projects.Having completed projects, I have experience and knowledge in survey research, questionnaire writing, statistics, data mining, and leveraging data so business can reach goals.As a college athlete, I am goal-driven and enjoy working with diverse teams to reach common goals. I have sharpened my leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as Team Captain of ISU Roller Hockey. During my two years as Team Captain, I led and motivated 10 athletes and received the 2016–2017 IL State University Sports Clubs Redbird Leadership Award.Over the past four years, I have worked incredibly hard as team goalie and captain. The skills I have developed will easily allow me to transition into my next career opportunity.Skills I have developed that will allow me to reach business goals:► Leadership – I understand group dynamics and know how to build relationships, motivate teams, and support common goals. I understand stepping up when needed and changing roles to fit the organization's need.► Prioritization – I am naturally goal-oriented and self-directed. I learned how to fine-tune my tactics, prioritize projects, and manage time well to graduate with a major GPA of 3.23.► Strong Communications – I have learned how to receive and provide feedback for the betterment of the team. I can handle constructive conversations to generate a win.► Contagious Work Ethic – Commitment to a greater cause requires a positive attitude. As a Team Captain, my work ethic had to be infectious to keep the team motivated even during the toughest times. Moving forward, I am confident I will contribute to the next team and organization.
