As the Assistant QC Manager at Filmtronics, I am part of a team that has successfully completed 12 consecutive years of zero non-conformance ISO Registrar Audits (as of Dec. 2023). My primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Management and upkeep of an Integrated Management System which includes Quality and Environmental Management Systems elements (ISO 9001 & 14001)• Management representative at Internal and External Audits (ISO Registrar, Customer, & Supplier)• Document and procedure authoring and revision control• Management of supplier approval and corrective actions along with auditing of suppliers• Assisting with customer issues resolution and customer requirements and/or requests

Responsible for developing and coordinating sustainability efforts at Filmtronics. Activities include but are not limited to:- Authoring of an Annual Corporate Sustainability Report (CSR).- Developing and maintaining management system approaches in the areas of Labor, Health and Safety, and Ethics.- Supporting efforts to achieve customer sustainability related requests and requirements.

Also referred to as the Assistant Production Supervisor, I have been second in command in the SOD (Spin-on Dopant) Production Laboratory for approaching 14 years. During this time the production output as well as overall sales have increased significantly. My primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Manufacturing and testing of high value semiconductor process materials utilizing various methods and procedures• Management and training of Laboratory Technicians, Manufacturing Assistants, and Interns• Management of production scheduling and planning• Management of raw material and product inventory using various methods including an internal web based Manufacturing Enterprise/Execution System (MES).
