During my role as an Account Manager, I quickly displayed a relentless effort to push company and departmental standards, performance, and goals past the previously established expectations both internally and external to our cliental base. Developing a strong commitment and a love of resolving problems I developed a skillset of recognizing the grey area in system operations and performance. Therefore, bridging the gap between pre-existing company policy and client interest with the creation of new programs, new methods of technological communication and organization, with the acceptance that we must adapt to the environment to which we strive to succeed in. Extending this mindset towards my team, submerging myself in the roles of all associates partnered with an understanding of company operations, I identified breakdowns in communication and workflow. With a unique approach towards consumer and client engagement fueled by a diverse background in various roles and industries I calibrated communication to be both conformative and yet dynamic in the dissemination of information, perspectives, and objectives towards clients, colleagues, and higher-level leadership.My efforts, perspectives, and programs spearheaded the immediate stability of ease to our already established cliental base and company personnel as newly instrumented processes streamlined services and reduced nonessential complexities. This new perspective of the collaborative execution of standards lead to the overall retention of sales and acquisitions of new cliental.
