• Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Support recruitment activities; screen resumes, phone interviews, manager interview scheduling, issue employment offers and background screenings.
• Maintain HR documentation including employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure all HR databases and systems are up-to-date and accurate.
• Responsible for timely benefit enrolment, terminations, and updating benefit coverage based on employment and life changes
• Ensure that all new hires have completed the required paper work. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies
• Initiate the on-boarding process of employees by confirming the IT requests, issue security passes with photos and assign system access.

• Perform pre-screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates to all levels of Human Resources, Management, and Senior Leadership.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments/meetings, booking rooms and updating calendar.
• Perform reference checks, orientation and training of new employees.
• Consistently meet deadlines using multiple sources including social media, search engines, job boards, networking, referrals, and the LinkedIn Recruiter System to source well-qualified candidates.
• Format and prepare job postings to be posted.
• Communicate with all levels of management regarding business documents and workflow needs.
