Led and mentored a cross-functional team managing 200 staff producing non-returnable packed beverages. Oversaw Supply Chain Quality activities across the group's 3 operations - spearheaded procurement and new packaging development efforts, negotiated co-packers' contracts for production and warehousing and directed new product commercialization.

Managed plant's Production and Quality Systems. Imported world-class technology for the plant; providing flexibility to blending and mixing processes resulting in quick changeover times.
