I am a motivated and driven individual working to complete the final year of my Business Management BA (Hons) degree with CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. Alongside my studies, I work part-time at Lubrizol as a Creative Assistant following a successful placement year with the company. This role involves managing creative projects for clients across different areas of the business and from a range of locations globally. My previous experience includes working as a Duty Manager in retail at Iceland Foods a combination of part-time and full-time around my studies for 4 years. This role included running the store independently, managing a diverse team, and ensuring a customer-first approach.
