Worked on various projects both with different teams and on my own. These projects included a few different technologies. I used Git and GitHub to exercise version control. Some of my solo projects include single page websites that consisted of JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap 4. While the team projects varied between using C#, with the .NET Framework, and the MVC pattern; or Python, with the Django Framework, and the MVT pattern. I learned to incorporate Python in HTML pages using Django Templates and Razor Pages for C#. Working with the teams we used Azure DevOPs with an Agile/Scrum development team.

Assist customer's with site navigation and account issues. Determine if level 2 support is needed, if so route the customer to the corresponding department.

Assist customers as quickly as possible while creating a brief and meaningful connection to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide support, a cultural introduction, and a welcoming environment to those entering the workplace. Analyze performance statistics, and use the info to build and execute action plans to accelerate and establish tenure.

Quickly establish report with your customers. Educate if necessary and bolster sales in as little time as possible.

Understand and identify customers’ needs and be able to troubleshoot any number of electronics they might possess. Effectively resolve or summarize a customer’s issue to expedite resolution.
