Administer policies and procedures for regulatory oversight of sports wagering operations and related vendors. Responsible for review, testing, and evaluation of electronic gaming devices (EGDs), sports wagering, and ancillary equipment; assessment of modifications to EGDs, sports wagering equipment and applications, player tracking systems, slot monitoring, and accounting systems to ensure interoperability. Review, edit, and provide feedback on existing and draft regulations. Provide reports on gaming data. Develop project documentation and test plans. Provide technical support within the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC), including the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Investigations and Enforcement Bureau (IEB); regulatory compliance with MGC licensees.

Work as a state regulator in Massachusetts gaming establishments. Certify revenue; receive complaints from the public relating to the conduct of gaming and wagering operations; examine records of revenues and procedures and inspect and audit all books, documents and records of licensees; conduct periodic reviews of operations and facilities for the purpose of regulations; and exercise oversight responsibilities with respect to gaming. Ensure compliant casino gaming operations. Worked at Plainridge Park Casino, MGM Springfield during the opening weeks in August 2018, and Encore Boston Harbor for several months for the opening in June 2019. Currently assigned to the Boston Metro Zone. Completed MassGaming Academy (7-week job training) at the Commission headquarters in July 2018. Obtained Secret security clearance as a Department of Defense (DOD) contractor at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) in the 3D Anthropometry Army research laboratory. Utilized full-body, head, and object scanners to create 3D soldiers and Clothing & Individual Equipment (CIE) models for the 3D Anthropometry lab, Soldier Systems Integration Lab (SSIL), Air Warrior, GlideLine, and the Integrated Casualty Estimation Methodology (ICEM) programs.

Collaborated with artists and engineers to create preliminary packages for popular toy brands; we created packages for: Nerf, Star Wars, Tonka, Transformers, Ironman, My Little Pony, GI Joe, and Mr. Potato Head. Adapted to new software quickly, trained interns, and improved workflow by implementing efficiencies.
