- Implemented an online based system for our construction team to use and to organize current projects for scheduling, ordering, quality control, and communication. Completed projects would be moved into closed homes in our warranty system.- Populated a database from the first home to the last closed home this company has sold.- Assisted in supervising 10 homes for 3 subdivisions in a period of 3 months.- Created and implemented an inventory tracking system for furniture used in models and offices.

As part of the student chapter at the University of New Mexico, we associate ourselves with the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico. - Plan events, help the community with volunteer work.- Participate in the International Builders Show (IBS) competition known as the Residential Construction Management Competition (RCMC). - Construct an in depth development proposal while competing against other schools. - Won student chapter of the month as well as Rookie of the Year for the competition in 2015. - Competed in RCMC 2016 and finished in 5th place out of 30+ four year construction programs.
