Primarily focused on base production maintenance projects and a reservoir study of behind pipe opportunities (Carbon/Sweetwater Co). Performed A&D valuations for possible bolt-ons. Evaluated outside operated proposals (700+ wells). Assisted in evaluation of reserves and capital cost information for budgets, updated ARIES databases. Worked with BLM reps to negotiate a multi-year, large well count P&A program, along with planning a potential horizontal well development program.

Worked with geology and reservoir to determine perforation strategies, picked perfs and performed log analysis to determine net pay in the laminated pay zone of the Almond/Ericson formation for a two rig pad development program. My summer project was to learn about the completions and was given the chance to run my own.
