Project manager for Utah Transit Authority (UTA) north-south light rail park-and-rides project. The project included Construcion of 12 park and ride lots, track yards, bus transfer areas and station canopies. Improved the schedule and budget for UTA thorough multiple Value Engineering proposals. Built relationships of trust with UTA and with the other project stakeholders as we worked together to open this landmark project to the public.
