My role is a shared resource and I function at both plants,• Shared responsibility for 15 lab techs and monitoring of facility quality • Assisted in the reconstruction of facility’s HACCP plan• Key contributor in getting site to be first North American Unilever ice cream plant to receive FSCC2200 Food Safety Audit certification• Recreated entire production line sanitation standard operating procedure• Key contributor in creating and trailblazing the cleaning, disinfection and allergen validation process for four packaged ice cream manufacturing lines.• Developed and executed sanitation workshop which consisted of a half day training for all production employees and covered topics from basic sanitation procedures, chemical uses and hygienic design. • Key contributor in creating and implementing best practice for allergen management within the manufacturing process
