I really knew nothing about abrasives when I started at Weiler Abrasives and what I do know now I am sure he taught me most of . I think the most I appreciated about Nate is just his sincere dedication to the company - whether it was his team asking him to do some silly standup thing for a fun company event, participating and leading a culture improvement exercise or helping out in production, Nate is always "all in".
