I am currently doing ministry work as a facilities assistant for a Christian non-profit in the mountains of western Colorado.

Production supervisor for one of the five main processes in the company. Learn the graphic blast process and maximize its production by minimizing waste and streamlining the process. I am currently the production supervisor for our Thermal form process as well as finish assembly, inspection and shipping & receiving. By promoting LEAN manufacturing techniques, these departments are operating more efficiently than ever before. Safety is a high priority, 56 employees with over 900 days accident free. Currently there are 13 people that report directly to me. I am responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, keeping appropriate inventories on all consumables and materials and producing the highest possible quality with on time deliveries.

I worked as an entry fabricator, at the age of 18, and within 2 years I had worked my up to the lead position and had 12 people reporting to me. We manufactured composite parts for many different aerospace companies including Cessna, Raytheon, Boeing, Sykorsky , Visionaire, Liberty aerospace and many others. We made composite parts using wet layup and pre-preg. processes with carbon fiber, fiber glass, Kevlar and epoxy resins. I worked directly with the FAA certification process for the Liberty XL2(a two person composite aircraft). I was also in charge of the trim and drill department for the last few years before the company was sold and then shut down.
