Senior Executive Support Technician
Current- Responsible for identifying, employing and administering company executives IT needs
- Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices including cellular devices, modems, and tablets
- Install and troubleshoot audio/visual media presentation systems for all conference rooms
- Install and troubleshoot executives residential network for telework capabilities and security systems
- Provide both remote and hands-on executive level tier 2 technical support to systems and applications
- Responsible for researching and providing product solution recommendation for new IT requirements including demonstrations and user instructions
