Having a keen interest in science as I grew up, it was natural for me to develop a healthy obsession with computers as they became mainstream in the mid 80's. I've always been driven to find the most efficient way of reaching outcomes, and the IT industry has been a great way for me to put this drive in motion. Whether it's the gratitude of an end user, or the successful completion of a business critical large scale project, it's the satisfaction in delivering improvement that motivates me.I'm a careful planner, and enjoy leveraging new technologies where appropriate, but maintain a depth and breadth of knowledge of current and past technologies, and understand their relevance today.Having been employed in roles of Management and Strategy within large businesses, and consulting to a wide variety of SMB and local Government, I utilise this experience and knowledge of business practices, workflows and objectives when delivering outcomes.
