The Territory Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers by servicing existing business relationships and developing new business opportunities in order to achieve the business goals and sales objectives of the organisation.The position carries responsibility to meet budget objectives in terms of revenue and gross margin and product / service mix whilst ensuring compliance with internal strategies, goals, policies and procedures.

In this position, I operate within a team environment and I'm responsible for the overall satisfaction of the Lincoln Sentry customers by providing exceptional customer service both externally & internally. My role consists of complaint handling, customer relations, follow up & resolution of enquiries, telemarketing & the timely processing of orders via telephone, fax & email as well as the counter.I'm continually challenged by the needs of an increasingly competitive business environment. In this position, I was responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective management of the branch in servicing existing business relationships and developing new business opportunities. This in incorporate staff supervision, training and support, and the day to day operation of the branch premises.
