Perform… Show more Assemble Active Thermal Control System (ATCS), Air Revitalization System (ARS) and Environmental Control and Life Support System (ECLSS) components, assemblies and ORU's to support missions on the International Space Station, the Orion and CST-100 manned launch capsules and more. Scope of work includes maintaining precision cleanliness and traceability. Adhering to proper ESD, hydrophilic and clean room procedures. Perform fit up, alignment, surface preparation and mating of surfaces. Perform cryogenic interference fit installations. Perform staking, bonding and potting of epoxies and RTV's. Forming of insulation, apply surface coatings, ink markings and labeling. Etch, route and mate wires and harnesses. Torque and lock wire connectors and fasteners. Perform electrical bond checks. Package and prepare hardware to be delivered to our customers. Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, procedures and specifications. Work closely with Inspection, Engineering and Test Operators while processing hardware to develop a product that meets or exceeds blueprint requirements. Document any discrepancies and elevate non-conformances through the proper channels. Show less
