The Inter-Club Council (ICC) is responsible for installing and organizing all the clubs on the Santa Monica College campus. When it comes to funding, the Associated Students (A.S. student government) and ICC distribute $600 per semester to each club. Along with that, the AS/ICC work hand in hand with the administration to bring together the myriad of cultures and people. The duties of the ICC Communications Officer include: shall keep all minutes and agendas of all meetings of the ICC and shall provide copies of these to all members, officers, and advisors of the ICC. The Communications Officer shall maintain a usable database of club contact information, updated at least once weekly, shall ensure that the Chair and Vice Chair have access to such a database, and shall be responsible for communicating with the membership of the ICC, and for informing them of important ICC and club Information.

Hasbara Fellowships is a leading pro-Israel campus activism organization working with over 80 Universities across North America.
