Also assisting with the purchasing or covering of other colleagues for the following vendors, Dell, Fujitsu, Tandberg, IoSafe, Aten, Netgear, APC, Eaton, Emerson & Avocent. My core focus was on managing aged stock as technology is constantly changing and improving, it was paramount to ensure the highest number of stock turns as possible to ensure the businesses working capital isn't tied up in obsolete stock. Strategically working with vendors in order to reduce lead times and finding ways in which to add value to the overall supply chain.By having so much exposure to a wide variety of multinational vendors, it has helped me to understand a diversified range of procurement processes by dealing with suppliers around the globe on a daily basis.
