As a Regional ICT Systems Engineer, my role is to provide an in-house IT support to the 300+ staff at the DET Glen Waverley Regional Office (North East Victoria Region) and as well as school environments. I also manage HP servers running Windows 2012 RS, Cisco switches 3945, HP UPS, Cisco router, Vicsmart router, Windows 10, Android and iOS devices managed through Microsoft Intune Device Management, corporate asset management, purchasing IT hardware and software equipment, manage audio visual equipment and as well as Cisco WebEx boards.

Short term contract. June - 12 July 2019.• Auditing all Peter Mac’s IT equipments including Network Ports, Zebra label printers, Lexmark printers, Dell PC’s, Laptops, and Dell’s Wyse Cloud terminal.• Hardware upgrade on all Dell 9020 PC’s to SSD (Solid State Drive) and install an extra 4GB memory card. • Prepare and migrate device from Win7 to Win10.
