I also update the Groups communication portal, produce SOP’s (standard operating procedures) such as the Alaskan Airlines Group booking and management process, liaise with various internal stakeholders to work on system and process enhancements. One of the most recent projects was to be involved in working with the Robotics team to reduce manual work load for groups department. Working together we now have a robot completing booking requirements and producing invoices.
