Beginning as a carpenter in 2003 I grew a passion for building, I enjoy the challenge of a build and the results of the work put into it.After a highly successful career as a domestic carpenter running several high end jobs, including a $2.5 million extension in Camberwell, I decided to further my career and increase my skill set.I shifted into construction in 2018. Using knowledge I already had, I quickly learned new skills and moved up from carpenter to defects manager.Being defect manager highlighted the importance of good QA to avoid ongoing and expensive issues post hand over. This has helped me with my next step as site foreman.Taking what I had learnt from defecting for 18 months into my role as site foreman beginning in mid June. I strive to make sure everyone work both safely and to the best of their ability. I'm a hard worker, I listen to others and am always striving to learn and improve.
