I can’t do directions; I can’t spell amazingly. It’s not great giving people a “genital reminder” instead of a gentle reminder, and even worse, telling someone “given the circumcise” rather than circumstance. But what I can do is ignore the ordinary and create thoughtful experiences that feel brilliantly different at every opportunity, transforming how we attract and engage talent.
