In previous work experience, I had worked with interdisciplinary teams to resolve complex tasks within a given budget and timeline. Overall, as a specialist, I strive to ensure customer satisfaction to maximize contract renewal for current and future clients. Problems arise everyday. Some are solved with a quick Google search and others take years of thought. When it comes to problem solving in sales, the solution can be one that the customer has never heard of. Having a strong technical and creative background has allowed me to really open up the possibilities for helping my customers problem solve to find the best solution for them every day. It's easy to get tunnel vision on a particular feature that may seem important, only to find out it was not what you needed. In that moment, it's my job to help guide you to your best outcome and to educate along the way, so that you know you made the best choice. That journey of finding the right solution to a problem has been my passion for the last 10 years in sales. From the start as a Custom Framing Specialist at Michael's Arts and Crafts, I found that the process of guiding a customer through the thousands of options in front of them and encouraging them to find what is right for them, was a passion of mine. This has always been at the forefront of my mind during face to face sales. I want my customers to be returning customers that tell me about how they are enjoying life with their new purchase. I always take their feedback on what they are using the most and what could be better about their purchase. After gathering their feedback, I make sure to use that information moving forward on future sales and to constantly improve what I can provide to the customer.
