I have always loved solving problems. This is what attracted me to engineering in the first place, and it is probably the aspect of engineering that I enjoy the most.In the custom design and manufacturing field, every project requires a unique solution. I enjoy the challenge of developing unique, detailed fabrication designs for a wide variety air handling equipment. I also enjoy the challenge of working to develop tools and programs to help streamline our design process.I have also greatly enjoyed the opportunity to help recruit, train, mentor, and coach newly graduated engineers. This involves guiding them through the engineering and fabrication design process, checking their design work, and providing feedback focused on helping them improve and develop.
