ISO9001 & ISO14001 Internal Auditor: Conducting regular internal audits, spot checks to ensure QMS complies with ISO Standard. Identifying/Addressing any issues with QMS, implementing improvements to procedure. Liaising with management teams to provide feedback on procedure, and to ensure appropriate action taken to meet its quality objectives.Heading yearly Audit.

Rolling out new contracts to ensure a prompt service for waste collections. Assigning SIC codes & waste transfer notes to Clients to ensure compliance within the industry. Meeting deadlines and working both independently and as a larger group. dealing with a variety of complaints and queries from new and existing customersfirst point of contact for potential new customers
