Responsible for functional and technical on-site, remote, classroom training to customers. Provides customer implementation guidance with regards to application needs during new customer implementations and upgrades based on best practice experience. Provides ongoing product functional and technical training with live customers as needed. Identifies, recommends, and implements system configuration recommendations and performs on-site and remote system set-ups and configurations.

• Manages a team of Product Specialists that help onboard clients onto our retail marketplace platform. • Evaluates team metrics and performance to ensure SLA delivery. • Writes internal guidelines and policies for new and existing clients based on FTC policy updates. • Evaluates and improves business processes and systems. • Audits existing products on the platform to ensure they are complying with guidelines and policies. • Determines company risk when onboarding new products. • Oversees initial review of supplements and other ingestible products.
