Nathan Stobbe is General Manager of Legacy Building Solutions. He has over 15 years of experience in the fabric structure industry and has made significant contributions, including as a member of the original committee for developing CSA S367, the guideline for pre-engineered membrane structures, and as co-founder of the Membrane Structures Manufacturers Association. He also holds several patents for fabric structure construction. As General Manager, Nathan leads Legacy’s growth through innovation and vision.

Our goal is to transform living spaces into comfortable and functional rooms that reflect the client’s personal style and meets their family’s needs and budget.- Daily sales and marketing activities including market analysis, broker-interaction, and website and sales collateral development.- Working with clients, architects, interior decorators, and engineers through all facets of site development and plan design from initial conceptual and character sketches to final design and construction plan sets ready for bidding purposes.- Overseeing all engineering and permitting activities and working with jurisdictions to meet all Local, and Federal construction codes and requirements.- Managing all vendor, trade, and financial relationships including hiring, purchasing, estimating, bidding, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.- Directing all daily construction activities from initial site preparation and demolition (if required) to home completion and post-close customer service.- Contract negotiation and construction management
