- Championed the Citizen Developer effort which was promoted to Associate Developer. This enables us to work side by side with the internal Service Now team as a co-developer with the perks of controlling our own dev cycle, pushing into other instances, and moving the needle toward our internal team being a service layer.- Championed completely new automation to several new global data centers which includes:Brand new order guide, new catalog items, new CI creation mechanisms, new approval process revamp, modular construction for future plugins, new passing of full JSON variables to control the building mechanism, API calls to talk to an external status server, and loads of logic to streamline the experience. Outside of technical, I lead all the demos of the product as well as meeting with different departments to ensure what we built was effective for our customers as well as the department of which the work falls.
