    Supports the planning, execution, and completion of shipboard industrial work accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams (AITs). Using daily equipment operating logs, I developed short and long term maintenance plans to support current and future operational requirements. I trained and evaluated all personnel in the safe and effective operation of all plant equipment and developed and implemented a training plan that included equipment casualty response procedures. I directed complex maintenance availabilities on all shipboard systems during planned and emergent maintenance availabilities. I managed an annual repair budget of $3.2 million for hull and structural repairs, rotating equipment removal and repair, in place overhaul, and modernization upgrades. I scheduled and coordinated all operational testing on equipment, ensured necessary support services, quality assurance, and technical authority oversight personnel were present and tests were conducted to support established schedules.
