I am responsible for enhancing the Customer Experience with BNSF Railway through my notifications project. The Notifications Journey is a project to proactively notify customers of relevant events throughout their car or containers journey from origin to destination. Notifications will inform and connect customers to complete tasks in our systems to expedite freight and minimize their need to contact BNSF support teams.
