- To monitor and handle daily communication and correspondence to external customers with regards to all kinds of events & Trade Fairs. - Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized service to customers- Lead team to establish and present customized offers to customers- Achieve the target of business revenue. Over 10 million revenue per/year achieved by the team work from 2010-2012.- Cooperate with overseas office to provide more business opportunity for each other- Big Projects: 2010 EXPO SHANGHAI, DTM 2011 SHANGHAI, ATP 2011 SHANGHAI, Diamond League 2010-2012, Bentley internal round trip event… - Develop new local customers, target for million income per year. - Vendor management for department business.

- Conduct DHL internal QA requirements (QA Level One Project) in East ChinaQA Level One Project including: site Quality manual compiling, Quality Policy and Objective set up.Five Process improvement workshops concerned (Bosch, HP, Mars, Seagate, P&G)DHL internal Process improvement methodology: DMAIC conducting- Quality Assurance requirements for Dumex project setting upDHL internal project management methodology: DePICT conducting- SH&E audit & awareness briefing for Dumex Project- Conduct DHL-EXEL internal QA requirements (QA Level Two Project) in East ChinaQA Level Two Project including: Responsibility and authority at all levels clearly defined and communicated; Internal communications defined and carried out at all levels; Management review process documented and implemented; Corrective and preventive action processes documented and implemented (CAPA);Internal audit process documented and implemented; Performance measurement process in place (GMS);Process improvement methodology in place.- Conduct QA Internal Audit in East China about 32 projects in east china concerned.- Mainland China internal audit result analysis and reporting- Conduct preparation for the external audit (ISO 9001 SGS) for the selected sites in east China.
