Working with a small team broken into three shifts, I help maintain 2500+ electronic gaming machines (slot machines) on the casino floor. This includes troubleshooting errors and repairing or replacing dysfunctional hardware. This also includes installing or upgrading software on a per-machine basis. I have been tasked with training new technicians and refurbishing parts by replacing various components within.

I also used the FileMaker database to maintain and update contact information for customers, suppliers, and couriers. I was in charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as invoicing and collections. Using Microsoft Office Suite, I created specials memos and collection letters via Word, I developed and updated price lists and and applied mass updates to the database via Excel, and I made calendar entries using Outlook. I administered a small network of workstations and printers between the three offices and the warehouse area, including UPS and FedEx printers for shipping.

As a Leasing Representative at the OSU Motor Pool, I provided customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face. I created vehicle lease entries for OSU faculty and staff and kept a schedule for vehicle maintenance using Microsoft Outlook. I used a custom software to enter and modify information regarding fleet vehicles between leases. During down times, I washed and detailed fleet vehicles to have them ready for pickup. I supervised students during the evening hours after management had left for the day.
