Direct business-to-business sales position. Daily duties included prospecting, cold calling, researching and scheduling face-to-face meetings with clients, discuss marketing budgets and develop and sell Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising that compliment client goals and maintaining positive client relationships and Return-on-Investments (ROI).

Trained new and existing employees across multiple positions from hostess to server. Created weekly schedule for serving staff of roughly 50 employees while working around scheduling conflicts & time-off requests to ensure each shift ran smoothly. Approach diners and establish opportunities for conversation to better connect with all guests and provide exceptional service to everyone.

Managed and trained five advertising representatives and delegated assignments to support their growth and increase sales. Sold advertising space on three platforms (Newspaper, Online, Mobile) through cold calling and consistent follow up. Made sales calls, scheduled client meetings, created proposals and closed deals to achieve monthly sales quotas for myself and my team to accomplish a collective budget.

Promoted Fresno as a tourism destination through the creation of content for print (Ads, banners, event invitations, stationary, etc.), social media posts, PowerPoint presentations and other various projects while adhering to all brand standards of the organization.

Assisted in setup of video shoots for Fresno State events and subject interviews for variousprojects to be used for marketing materials for the college. Conducted location scouting and captured B-Roll footage. Organized and edited raw footage after a shoot.
