Develop and implement strategies to meet and improve inventory turns•Negotiating: with Suppliers (lead times, expedites, MOQ’s etc.) and Manufacturing Sites (line time, leveraging contracts, abrupt scheduling changes, warehouse space).•Achieve raw material availability for all manufacturing facilities on time and at the lowest cost•Inventory Management for all sites, Obso risk and evaluation•Facilitate material requisitions, orders, and releases in a timely and efficient manner•Improve and optimize the lead time between our suppliers and our facilities. Create integrated replenishment strategies to decrease operating working capital•Provide short and long-range material projections to vendors. Execute phase in/out strategies for promotional activities and product discontinuations•Communicate to integrated planners any service issues related to stock availability, and coordinate resolution, involving Procurement as required •Secure inbound loads for raw materials into manufacturing sites•Secure outbounds loads of FG across our DSD and WD networks•Upper management reporting, sending high level weekly production reports. Slides to use for weekly meetings•Monthly production plans to each co-pack facility.•Project Management Team for Limited Time Offers (LTO Group)•GI (Goods Issued) and GR (Goods Received) Processing – Supplier PO’s and Manufacturing Site PO’s.Manage Invoicing.
