‣ Assist commercial developer in the conceptualization and curation of Shirt Shop Mercantile, a forthcoming lifestyle and home goods retail shop opening Fall 2022.

‣ Work directly with owner on showroom sales floor that specializes in natural, healthy, and sustainably manufactured architectural finishes. ‣ Continually interface with varied and extensive product lines, ultimately utilizing this enthusiasm for each product to connect end users with solutions that best help their needs or projects.‣ Engage with a diverse client base that ranges from DIY home owners to accomplished architects, designers, and fabricators, meeting each person with individualized customer service.

‣ Operate still during all stripping and spirit runs, making necessary adjustments and cuts to uphold award-winning Whiskey Del Bac profile.‣ Responsible for all stages of malting and mashing local barley utilizing proprietary equipment.‣ Assess any maintenance issues (i.e. boiler, chiller, pumps) to either fix myself or resolve with contractors.‣ Quality control at every step of malting, mashing, fermentation, distillation, barreling, and blending.‣ Document quantities barreled and bottled for purposes of inventory, taxes and TTB reporting.‣ Onboard new production team members to ensure distillation standards and best practices continue.‣ Support in-house marketing and distributor sales force to promote Whiskey Del Bac brand.

‣ Work directly with owner and distributor sales team to curate a unique beer and wine retail space.‣ Continued education with bar staff focusing on hospitality, brand awareness, and product knowledge.‣ Maintain relationships with multiple sales representatives through ongoing tasting and training.

‣ Manage front of house operations to ensure high standards of customer service for James Beard award-winning Chef Nobuo Fukuda.‣ Conceptualize and execute cocktail program, developing thoughtful menus that compliment the unique cuisine while maintaining profit margins.‣ Responsible for development of new hires and continuous training of service staff.
