Normal duties for Moore Twining: Special inspector, reinforced concrete, and soils. Monitored placement, backfill, sampling, and testing of soils for underground utilities, building pads, and parking lots including AC paving and PCC paving. Monitored and inspected reinforcing steel, and placement of structural concrete.

Quality Assurance; , Fema Hurricane Ike recovery housing mission, TX. $100 million 5 month, project involved CH2MHILL as the lead sub contracts manager. The scope involved a quick mobilization and the installation of temporary housing near damaged dwellings for applicants throughout several counties in southeast Texas. Responsibilities included field oversight of subcontractor schedules, quality and compliance to project contract.

Monitored and inspected minor structures (reinforcing steel, and placement of structural concrete).

The District at Tustin Legacy: Monitored placement, backfill, sampling, and testing of soils forunderground utilities, building pads, and parking lots. Inspection included water lines encompassing both domestic, reclaim, sewer, and both fire and gas lines. Inspected storm drains including reinforced concrete pipe and box culverts, High Density Polyurethane (HDPE), and fiberglass pipe. Roadway inspections included structural sections from subgrade to finished asphaltic concrete.Expansion of Tustin Ranch Road (Warner Aven ue South with new roadway of Park Avenue): This project included street widening and rehabilitation of Barranca Parkway. Monitored and tested placement of course base to finished rubberized cap. This included both in and out of contaminated areas where special construction was performed.Tehachapi East after Bay: Performed quality control for Department of Water Resources that included sampling and testing of structural concrete for a new reservoir.

Inspections for structural concrete; Inspection included commercial tilt ups, distribution and office centers, verifying mix designs, sampling and testing of structural concrete.; ACI Grade I- Field and Batch Plant Inspections.
