Hospitality has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started as a teenager bussing tables, working my way up while learning the value of hard work, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of growing under some of the most talented professionals in the industry, especially in Rhode Island, where I honed my skills and developed my passion for this business.Today, I’m proud to be a co-owner, partner, and beverage director for a thriving hospitality group. My role allows me to merge creativity with strategy, designing innovative drink menus, curating exceptional guest experiences, and implementing systems that help our bars operate at peak performance. From inventory management to service flow, I focus on streamlining processes that make life easier for our staff and ensure every shift runs smoothly.Travel has also been a huge influence on my work. Exploring cities and countries around the world has introduced me to unique flavors, techniques, and hospitality styles that inspire my menus and concepts. Whether it’s sampling mezcal in Mexico or diving into the craft beer culture in Belgium, I love bringing global ideas to our local bars.As a leader, I see myself as a coach, working to empower my team and build a culture of collaboration and pride. I’m passionate about growing our hospitality group, mentoring the next generation of industry professionals, and raising the bar for what great restaurants and bars can be.
