I am a qualified Project Manager with over ten years of industry experience. Currently, I am employed by Belmadar Constructions in Sydney. I have been working in the Sydney market for over 8 years in leadership positions and often oversee multiple projects at any given time. I have completed a diverse range of projects including new builds, refurbs, fit outs, heritage restoration and civil works. Due to the nature of Belmadar’s clients, most of my projects took place within a live environment where safety and client communication are of the most importance. I have the necessary skills to manage project risk and am commercially minded. I understand the importance of a successful project being a combination of all stakeholders to collaboratively work together to ensure a high quality and economic outcome. My Roles and Responsibilities as a Project Manager include:• Head contract negotiations and management with the client• Progress claims and variations to the client• Developing, monitoring and maintain construction program using Microsoft Project.• Developing and monitoring ITPs for quality• Procuring subcontractors and suppliers and developing contracts• Financial monthly forecast and reporting• Review and approval of subcontractor and supplier invoices• Managing site and project team, up to ten employees at any one time• Managing subcontractors on site up to 50 people onsite• Developing programs and methodology for tenders• Review of site safety • Reporting to the Managing Director on a weekly basis for project progress, issues and cost forecast.• Review and monitor of environmental controls.
