As the Senior TA, my role is to provide the link between a team of 7 TA specialists including an assessment specialist and upper management, in order to fulfil all business recruitment needs, while also developing new strategies to aid our diversity and inclusion initiatives over the next two years.

The Shorterm group is a technical recruitment agency specialising in engineering having forged partnerships with blue chip companies such as British Airways, Honda, and Jaguar Land Rover. My role as part of a team of 6 looking after a global giant in Bombardier Transportation – now known as Alstom Rail following a merger – was cradle to grave recruitment, while also dealing with client management and satisfying HR needs of both contractor and client in accordance with fluid and changing project environments
