World Services for the Blind is a non-profit organization that helps people who are blind or visually impaired achieve their personal and professional goals. As the Director of IT, I oversee the technical support and IT operations for the organization, ensuring the security and functionality of the network and systems, and providing troubleshooting and assistance to staff and clients. I joined the IT sector after working as a carpenter and a screen printer, where I developed skills in woodworking, design, and printing. I enjoy applying my technical and creative skills to support the mission and vision of World Services for the Blind, and to enhance the accessibility and quality of their programs and services. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, and to collaborate with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
