My name is Nathan Visser, and I am a young and highly motivated individual looking to work in the field of Administration. While my long-term vocation is to become a Pastor in the CRC, I have discovered my passion and skills for Office Administration and Customer Service. Having worked as an Administrator and Customer Service Representative in various settings, I love working with and for people. Regarding my particular skills:● Office Management: As an Office Administrative Assistant for a large daycare, I gained extensive experience in organization, filing, and database management. As a secretary, I also ensured there was timely correspondence between everyone for high client satisfaction and clarity among staff. ● Customer Service: Worked for 6 years in Customer Service as a Sales Associate in a local retail store. I offered excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.● Team Building: As a Resident Advisor at Redeemer and a participant in the South Coast Beach Project, I’ve gained extensive experience working with a team effectively. The organizational and conflict resolution skills I have gained help to create an environment where everyone is involved and able to work together. ● Design Software: I have worked extensively with many software programs to create high-quality media. I have designed websites, posters, emails, presentations, and promotional videos with a high-quality standard. Being so familiar with computers and software gives me the ability to learn almost any program quickly via independent research.
