My client list is a reflection of this high level of professionalism; the Union of Concerned Scientists, Highlights for Children, CapitalOne, Gillette, Discovery Channel Games, Dora the Explorer, McGraw-Hill Publishers, the Pingree School, Governor’s Academy, and the Nobles School, to name just a few.During my journey, I have been the art director and lead designer for a Boston-based online gaming company (Cambridge New Media), the visual brand developer for companies such as Kentucky-based RowdMap (now part of Cotiviti), and contributing artist and costume designer for a Dora the Explorer video game (Foundation9 Entertainment). These contracts gave me the experience to become a brand expert, working within strict guidelines to innovate solutions for their unique design and creative challenges.My portfolio reflects the diversity and expertise I have developed over the years as well; animation, storyboarding, and character design; concept work, illustration, and technical drawing; logo design, UI graphics, and product rendering; and finally 3D modeling, rendering, and printing. During the course of building this robust portfolio, I have also become a master at best practices for web, print, and 3D methodology.I have spent much of my career working independently, but I am equally adept and comfortable in a collaborative studio environment. Nathan Walker's sculptures have been described as "whimsical, imaginative, and animated" and above all "totally cool". Constructed of reclaimed materials wherever possible, Nathan breathes new life into old and bygone objects to create his colossal metal sculptures. The giant metal works, which often take the shape of bugs, ocean life, and abstract forms, have been displayed throughout New England, in galleries, museums, home gardens, and city squares. He is currently showing at 100 Market Street in Portsmouth, NH, Mill Brook Gallery in Concord, NH, and at the Rochester Museum of Art in Rochester, NH."My sculpture work stems from the joy and excitement I find in exploring the natural world.
