• Develop Training Package / material for Lean fundamentals
• Deliver training to selected groups starting with the Senior leadership team for NSW
• Establish CI projects for NSW and allocate to relevant project mangers
• Track and monitor all CI projects
• Mentor / Train Project managers and Green Belts
