My short time at K+N consisted of me, along side a large team of kit assemblers, arranging and assembling the Covid-19 testing kits for the NHS. This was a completely new concept to everyone therefore, we came up with the most efficient ways to do so. My role adapted during my short time to a runner, assisting the shop floor by keeping supplies topped up. This progressed into QC, which was vital in scenarios where missing parts could mean a lost Covid-19 sample, before the vaccine had been developed

I was the leader of this team and was tasked with clearing over 5000 backed up emails after the covid-19 pandemic. After giving clear directions to my team on strategies and brand new email templates, we managed to clear the inbox in 4 months, rescheduling 1000’s of bookings across 4 different sites
