I firmly believe that an upfront pragmatic approach, along with open communication and an attention to detail, allows me to address tough issues effectively and efficiently for my clients.My time at Grant Thornton has given me the opportunity to work alongside numerous clients, across a wide range of industries, from small startups to NZX listed corporates. This extensive experience has enabled me to develop and strengthen my technical accounting knowledge, including gaining a thorough understanding of NZ IFRS, as well as giving me the opportunity to develop and build on my project management skills via managing multiple audit teams and client deliverables simultaneously. I have also had the privilege of mentoring and up-skilling junior level staff, as they gain experience and progress through their chartered accounting training.
